Rope & Halyard Replacement
The most common flagpole repair — done right.
Halyards take a beating from UV exposure, wind friction, and weather. A frayed or broken rope means your flag can't fly. We replace internal and external halyards on all pole types, including snap-hook systems, external cleat systems, and motorized internal halyards. We use marine-grade nylon or polyester rope rated for outdoor flagpole use.

Pulley & Truck Repair
When the top of the pole needs attention.
The truck is the cap assembly at the top of the flagpole that houses the pulley wheel. When the pulley seizes, cracks, or breaks, the rope jams and the flag can't be raised or lowered. This repair requires a certified climber to ascend the pole and replace or rebuild the truck assembly on-site. We carry truck assemblies for all major pole manufacturers.

Truck & Cleat Hardware Service
Secure attachment from top to bottom.
Cleats, snap hooks, and attachment hardware at the base and mid-pole are critical for safe flag display. Corroded or broken cleats make it impossible to secure the halyard. We inspect and replace all base hardware, including cleats, hooks, and locking mechanisms, ensuring your rope system is secure and functional.

Pole Straightening & Structural Repair
When wind, impact, or age bends your pole.
Aluminum and fiberglass poles can bend or crack from high winds, vehicle impact, or years of stress. We assess structural integrity on-site and straighten poles where possible, or replace damaged sections. For poles beyond repair, we handle full removal and new installation. All structural work includes a written condition report.

Full Climbing Inspection

Our certified climbers inspect every component from base to finial — welds, hardware, rope, truck, flag attachment, and pole surface. We provide a written condition report with photos documenting the current state of your flagpole and any recommended repairs.
